In the kitchen of the Wurzer Alm, where enjoyment and quality come first! Here, our hard-working chef Laurin conjures up delicious dishes with passion and dedication that not only delight the palate but also warm the heart. We attach great importance to fresh products and use regional ingredients to serve our guests sumptuous portions. At the head of our kitchen is Chef Julian, who learned his trade from Ulli. With his experience and flair for flavors, he brings a breath of fresh air to our kitchen and ensures that every meal is a special experience. Our specialties include succulent roast lamb refined with aromatic herbs and the popular hut noodles, which are the perfect accompaniment to a leisurely day in the mountains. Another highlight is our heavenly Kaiserschmarrn, which is served warm - a sweet treat not to be missed.

For our guests with special dietary requirements, we also offer gluten-free dishes so that everyone can enjoy the delicacies of the Wurzer Alm.
